Stabling:

All stalls are assigned. If you reserved a stall prior to show, your assigned stall will be posted in the office. If you have not reserved a stall, you must see the show manager when you arrive at the show before you can put your horse in a stall. The club will be fined if horses are found in barns to which they are not assigned. If you have any questions or would like to make a stall reservation, please contact the show manager.

2011 Show Fees:

Entry Fees: $8.00/class/judge for single classes
Day fees: $40.00/day/judge/Division *Novice Amateur classes are included in the Amateur Division for the day fee *Novice Youth classes are included in the Youth Division for the day fee
Special Show fee: $50.00/day/judge two rider/one horse in any of the following division combinations: Open/Amateur or Open/Youth or Youth/Amateur Leadline and walk/trot are free classes
NYPEA point keeping/secretary fee:
$4.00/horse/judge
PHBA point keeping fee:
$5.00/horse/judge
Camper:
– $28.00/night *camper fee applies to any vehicle, trailer or tent that is slept in whether or not it is plugged into electric per the Fair grounds management - NYPEA will be charged accordingly and so will you
Stalls: – $55.00/weekend (Showing off trailer is $10.00/day)
Shaving - $ 6.50 per bag (Please contact Mike to pre-order shavings)
All horses on the show grounds require a negative coggins and current rabies vaccination certificate. Out of state horses also require a current health certificate. All horses are subject to drug testing under PHBA rules.

Directions to Elmira:

From Syracuse: Take 81 south to Binghamton and then take 17 west to Elmira/Horseheads. When you get to the second light, you will see a Gas Stationand a Byrne Dairy on your left. Take a left and then look for a chain link fence that outlines the Chemung County Fair Grounds on your left. From Jamestown: Take 17 East to Elmira/Horseheads. Look for an intersection with a K-mart, Dunkin Doughnuts, Gas Station and a Byrne Dairy on your right. Take a right and then look for a chain link fence
