All stalls are assigned. If you reserved a stall prior to show, your assigned stall will be posted in the office. If you have not reserved a stall, you must see the show manager when you arrive at the show before you can put your horse in a stall. The club will be fined if horses are found in barns to which they are not assigned. If you have any questions or would like to make a stall reservation, please contact the show manager. 2008 Show Fees:

Entry Fees: $8.00/class/judge for single classes
Day fees: $40.00/day/judge/Division *Novice Amateur classes are included in the Amateur Division for Day fees
Double Division Fee - $50 day fee per horse/per judge/any two riders/any two divisions. Divisions: Open, Amateur (includes Novice Amateur, Amateur Select & Amateur) or Youth (includes Novice Youth, Youth 13 & Under/Youth 14-18)
Leadline is a free class
NYPEA point keeping fee: $4.00/horse/judge
PHBA point fee: $5.00/horse/judge (Point Keeping fees are only applicable to registered palomino horses.)
Camper – $25.00/night *camper fee applies to any vehicle, trailer or tent that is slept in whether or not it is plugged into electric per the Fair grounds management - NYPEA will be charged accordingly and so will you
Stalls – $50.00/weekend (Showing off trailer is $10.00/day)

All horses on the show grounds require a negative coggins and current rabies vaccination certificate. Out of state horses also require a current health certificate. All horses are subject to drug testing under PHBA rules.

Directions to Elmira:

From Syracuse: Take 81 south to Binghamton and then take 17 west to Elmira/Horseheads. When you get to the second light, you will see a Gas Stationand a Byrne Dairy on your left. Take a left and then look for a chain link fence that outlines the Chemung County Fair Grounds on your left.
From Jamestown: Take 17 East to Elmira/Horseheads. Look for an intersection with a K-mart, Dunkin Doughnuts, Gas Station and a Byrne Dairy on your right. Take a right and then look for a chain link fence

Directions to Lehman Farms:

Directions from New York State Thruway (Interstate 90):  From the East or West, Exit 46 (Henrietta).  Route 390 North also intersects here as well.  After you come through the toll booth, you will head North toward Rochester.  Take the exit for 15a Henrietta, Lehigh Station Road (Route 253) 0.5 mile from toll booth.  Turn right at stop sign on Lehigh Station Road (Rt 253 East) 3 miles or so through town to Clover Street (Route 65), turn right.  Take Clover Street South (Rt. 65) 1.5 miles back over Thruway to Canfield Road.  You will see a sign for Mendon Ponds Park on your left.  Turn left on Canfield Road into the Park 1 mile to South Wilmarth Road.  Turn left on South Wilmarth Road 0.5 mile.  At the top of the hill, you will see Lehman Farms on your left where the road ends South of the Thruway.

Total drive time from Exit 46 is about 15 minutes
